A 1920s silvery metal mounted ruby and diamond ring, the central oval mixed cut stone approximately 1.84ct shouldered to either side by two small baguette cut rubies surrounded by a halo of thirty-two small rose cut diamonds (gross weight 2.3 grammes – ring size G 1/2) Note: GGTL Laboratories, Lichenstein Gem Laboratory Report No. 3390/12 confirming stone to be natural ruby from Mogok/Myanmar -February 21st 2012 (metal is unmarked but tests as platinum)
